Significance
Boehm Terrace is a fine example of terrace housing in one of two significant streets with this type of building. The large bay windows and symmetry of the buildings along with their terraced elevation on archer street make them a strong visual element which is enhanced by its corner location. The housing is still very much intact with additions only added at the rear.
